Judo Arvika in association with Kroppefjälls IF Judo would like to invite you to Arvika Judo Cup 2023 on 9th of September 2023. Competition for U13, U15 and U18. All matches will be live-streamed. AJC is a Level B. competition open for international competitors. Arvika Sports Center, Skolgatan 34-36, 671 31 Arvika, Sweden

COMPETITION DATES

Saturday 9th of September: U13, U15, U18The time schedule for the competition will be announced during competition week.

DOUBLE ENTRIES

Double entry is allowed for all categories in Arvika Judo Cup 2023.U13 and U15 are allowed double entries.Last year’s U13 may double without dispense to U15.Last year’s U15 may double to U18 without dispense. First-year students, regardless of age category, can apply for a dispense. Email us for details.

P.S Only Swedish registrations needs dispense. This rule does not apply for international contestants from outside of Sweden.

LATE REGISTRATION

1st of September – 8th of September and kr. 150+ in fees

ENTRY FEES ARVIKA JUDO CUP

Single-entry fee of 300 SEK (late entry fee 450 SEK 1st – 8th of September) per athleteDouble-entry fee 450 SEK per athlete for 2 classes.

CLUB DISCOUNTS

20 persons – 20% discount21 persons or more – 30% discount, send an email to info@judoarvika.seStart by entering all your judokas and skipping the last step for payment (for now) and send an email with the Smoothcomp ID of the person who will pay the entry fee to info@judoarvika.se you will get a discount code sent back to you so you can go ahead with the payment, this must be done when you finalize your payment, can’t be added afterward.To find your Smoothcomp ID log on to your account and then click here and scroll down to see the ID it’s a 6-digit number.

GRADE

A minimum of 4 kyu is required for all categories.

TRANSPORTATION

All transportations not agreed with the organizer are at your own expense and responsibility.

RULES

According to the Contest Rules, Organization Code, and Sporting Code of the Swedish Judo Federation (www.judo.se), the competition will be conducted. Swedish Judo Federation is a member of EJU and IJF.

WEIGH-IN FOR U13, U15 & U18

Friday 8th of September 15:00-21:00

Saturday 9th of September 08:00-09:00 (U13), 09:00-11:00 (U15 & U18)

No second weigh-in for those who do double entries.
